Small Chicago based, very busy and rapidly growing construction firm seeks a multi talented individual that can fill 3 roles within our company. Ability to drive and pick up building materials and equipment for various projects, which means you must be thoroughly versed regarding all rough and finish carpentry materials and equipment, all concrete materials and equipment, etcetera. Additionally, the applicant should have all applicable safety certifications as this person will assist in the day to day job site adherence and compliance with good safety practices. Thirdly, the individual will be responsible for maintaining inventory of all of the companies equipment and tools. Applicant must have a minimum of 30 years experience as a professional carpenter and have a clean driving record, with OSHA 30 certification. Please respond with resume and references.
