Local Property Management Company is seeking a part time Residential Maintenance person. Job description includes common area maintenance ( changing of lights, timers, small painting projects, small handyman projects at Condominium and office buildings that our firm manages. As we service buildings all over the Chicagoland area, applicant must have reliable transportation. This position is part time serving 10 to 15 hours per week over 2 to 3 days a week depending on amount of items to complete, great for retired person just looking to get out of the house a couple days a week. Applicant must be able to lift 50 or more pounds and be able to work on six foot ladder.
