Need to hire a licensed plumber for the following work: 1. replace an existing kitchen faucet (remove old one and install new one). 2. Tighten up and secure base/mountings on 2 loose faucets... one is a kitchen faucet and one handle on bathroom faucet 3. Cut out, Cap copper lines to remove an old instant hot water tank system no longer in use. Should be able to complete everything in 3-4 hours at most.
