Hello I'm Mateo, Sunday@9 am @ Corona Del Mar State Park is a by donation only mediation. We'll meet past the volleyball courts towards the rocks and cliffs to the south. This meditation is to promote healing and bliss. I will meet everyone, we will warm up, a bit of instruction and we're meditating. Everyone is welcome! Group meditation is very powerful. A few mediators can change the vibe of an entire community.
