WE ARE HIRING!! AZ Spa Movers, Service, Repair, and Maintenance SPA / HOT TUB TECHNICIAN POSITION TYPE: Full time, Permanent DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing hot tub equipment such as: circuit boards, pumps, heaters,plumbing components, and low voltage electrical systems. Must be comfortable working outdoors and in tight spaces. Comfortable using hand tools and small power tools. Complete written reports daily. Maintain a clean work site. Maintain a clean, fully stocked service vehicle. Maintain an accurate inventory of your van. Participation in company sponsored training and development programs. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Mechanical aptitude. Electrical or plumbing experience is an asset. Good time management skills. Able to communicate with customers and colleagues in an effective, professional manner. Pool and Hot tub industry experience as an asset but is not required. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Punctual and reliable. Clean driver’s license is required - no tickets or accidents within 3 years. Able to lift 100 lbs. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers. (Great commission opportunity). Provide the customer with accurate information on the use and application of all products sold by the company. Maintain a professional image (Dress attire - pants or shorts depending on weather, without holes, wear company provided polo shirts, maintain proper hygiene, etc. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Salary: $40,000 plus commission Benefits: Paid time off; 3 sick days, 5 holidays. Experience: Prefer a minimum of (1-2) years experience as a Service Technician.
