Raise and level 1940's house approx 700 sq ft

Jack up to 16 inch crawl space. 2 blocks on cement pads. disconnect plumbing and reconnect after raised and level. 17 pads. repair or replace any bad beams or floor joists. maybe 1 beam bad. several joists sandwich or replace.
