Looking for a Hardwood, Laminate or Vinyl plank flooring installer or helper. No experience needed, no tools needed. All you need to do is show up on time, and work. You will mainly be doing tear out and running cuts (making cuts with a chop saw). You will need to bring a lunch. Starting pay is $12phr. If you show you can be on time and work without issues the pay will increase and hours will also. YOU WILL NEED TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK! I'm out of Charlotte but usually work in and around Lansing, and sometimes in Grand Rapids and Kzoo. This is part time, 20-35 hrs a week. if you can't pass a background check, please do not apply. If you have court once a week, please don't apply. If you need time off to sit your kid(s), please don't apply. If your life is like a soap-opera, please don't apply. If you need a loan, please don't apply. If you can't communicate, please don't apply. If you need me to pick you up, please don't apply. If you need to be paid daily, please don't apply. If you need an advance on your pay(aka a loan), please don't apply. If you need to take breaks every hour, please don't apply. I can keep you busy if you show up, get stuff done, and be professional. $12 per hr is for someone with no exp, obviously if you have exp in construction and with saws you'll make more but I'll need to see it so please don't send me emails about you having 10 yrs exp and $12 is BS.
