It is SO crucial, that any aspiring pro musician have their own good demos. It’s a resume! A sample of your ability, right? How else to win auditions? So easy to do a demo, these days - if you must..any interface (with phone or tablet)? Or pay for studio time? Proves one’s skill set! I know there are a lot of you out there, who aspire to to play ball. If I am interviewing new members, if they have no good demo, I skip. Why so harsh? If a musician can’t discipline themselves enough to make their OWN pro demo, they are not ready. BUILD THAT PORTFOLIO :)
