We are a small growing furniture/home décor chain with a few stores in Southwest Florida. We are currently looking for someone who wants to work hard and doesn't mind breaking a sweat and doing some heavy lifting. We need someone who is handy and loves helping people. We offer great pay and there is plenty of room for advancement and raises for hard work. We also offer 100% company paid premium Health Insurance. Job Duties include but not limited to: -assemble furniture -furniture deliveries (each delivery comes with GURANTEED $20minimum cash tip which is on top of hourly rate) Usually 5-10 a week so usually at least extra $100 in cash each week -must be able to lift at least 50lbs and team lift even heavier pieces with another associate. -hanging pictures and more on the walls at stores(must be able to use a ladder) -transferring merchandise(full trailers) to and from stores you will load and unload as well as drive merchandise. -help load furniture in and out of customers cars as well as assist store employees with moving heavy stuff around store -furniture repair, assembly, and maintenance -hauling and unloading all trash to local landfill -be willing to work at least 40 hours a week and also some overtime. This is not an easy job but can be very fun and rewarding. We are a great company to work for. The last person who had this job loved it worked with us over 5 years and would be happy to provide a reference. The only reason he left was that his wife needed to move back to Oregon and he had to move. If you don't mind a little hard work and enjoy always having something to do this may be the perfect job for you. Everyone in the company works hard and the owner even helps on a lot of deliveries and helps unload every furniture container. Pay- 1. $14-$16 and hour 2. Quarterly bonuses for hard work 3. Minimum of $20 in CASH for every delivery done on top of hourly pay. 4. Paid vacation 5. Health insurance where company Pays 100% of your monthly premiums. 6.
