Seeking a reliable individual to work for an est. management company in Southern Brooklyn. We are currently seeking to fill a part time porter position with room to grow within our company. Porter: must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English, knowledge of general building maintenance (cleaning & mopping various types of flooring), garbage removal (work with compactors). Seasonal work such as landscaping, snow removal, etc. and light maintenance (replacing bulbs, etc.) is required. Electrical & plumbing knowledge is a plus.
