Food manufacturer is looking to hire a highly motivated experienced shipping/receiving supervisor (self-managed) to be responsible for the shipment of all products and receiving of ingredients and packaging supplies. Pay rate is $19/hour, 40 hrs/week. Job Description: -Assemble and prepare orders for shipment. -Pull, pack, and load using FIFO method. -Receive and stock ingredients and packaging supplies. -Maintain an accurate log sheet, inventory of frozen finished products and packaging supplies. -Participate in packing activity when necessary. -Responsible for cleanliness of loading dock, warehouse and freezer. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Ability to meet safety and sanitation standards. Ability to take and follow directions. Ability to meet physical demands, able to push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work independently and as a team. Must have good communication skills. Must have math skills and be able to fill out forms. Must be organized and be detail-oriented. Must be reliable, personable, flexible, and adaptable. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
