This position is designed to manage, coordinate, lead and oversee both employees and contractors. Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but not limited to the following: · Monitor operations such as early am load outs, and routes. · Assist the Customer Service Team in investigations and resolutions to customer or shipper complaints. · Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, etc... · Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members. · Must have very strong follow up skills / detail oriented.
