Familiar with Diesel Short Bus/Bus Conversion?

Description

I'm doing a conversion on a 2000 Chevrolet 3500 Diesel short bus. The rear heater and air conditioner has been removed to be able to get the maximum space. The rear heater line has been drained and clamped off. I haven't clamped off the a/c lines yet. I was told that the next steps were to top off the system and bolt a/c compressor in its place with the serpentine belt correctly routed over its pulley. I didn't feel too comfortable messing around in the engine bay and possibly creating a bigger issue. The bus also has been sitting for months and now it won't start. Haven't attempted to jump the battery. These issues have been holding me up from emissions, registration and progressing with the build. I'd like to get these issues resolved asap. I'm looking to pay $150 cash to someone: who is familiar with these issues who can get my bus up and running so it can be driven worry-free who can also give the bus a look over and suggest work it may need in the near future If you're up for the gig please email me some kind of proof that you have experience and knowledge with Diesel vehicles/bus conversions and a number to reach you at. - Thanks
