Description

Responsibilities include: • Diagnosing and solving maintenance issues in the exterior and common areas, ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC and appliances. • Completing service requests accurately, timely and in a safe and efficient manner. • Daily maintenance of property grounds • Performing casual labor, such as, lifting moving heavy items • Painting, patching up holes and preparing apartments for new residents. Qualifications include: • Knowledge of plumbing, DC & AC Power, and Building Management System. • 5 years general Maintenance Worker experience required. • On call availability for emergencies and projects as assigned
