Rehoming 1yr.old Red Eye Crocodile Skink & Active Setup

I am unfortunately rehoming my male crocodile skink. I'm having a baby soon and I feel the heat lamps will be dangerous and I won't have as much time as id like to devote to him. Before I get into him and what I'm rehoming him with: I will only rehome to an expiernced reptile lover, these are delicate reptiles and require someone with experience. These are not the type of reptile that is meant to be held all the time, they are not meant for children. They are easily stressed and can have serious health issues when not kept in the right environment and enclosure. With the being said; He is a super good eater, comes out pretty often after he's comfortable. He will be rehomed with an active living vivarium set up which cuts on cleaning, keeps the humidity levels where they need to be and creates a more stress-free, natural environment for him. Comes with: -20gallon tank (which he's currently in, we downsized when we moved) -40 gallon tank with wooden hand made stand & folding screen lid. -Exo-Terra Monsoon Solo Mister (6 months old) comes with gallon of distilled water as well. - 2 lamps with one ceramic heat emitter bulb and one 50w nocturnal heat bulb -40gal Zoomed heat mat for under tank for heat in 40 gallon tank. - Large lava rock - 4 live plants, 2 hanging fake plants and 2 large fake plants. -Mushroom feeding ledge by Zilla -Digital thermometer -Digital Hydrometer attached inside of 40gal tank - Soil containing spring tails and isopods (soil has been breeding both of these for over a year) may be some spotted roaches & earth worms mixed in that he eats. -Cork hide and Ceramic rock hide with water bowl built in (his favorite hiding spot) -I also have a Zoo med Fogger that I'm missing some parts to that can be ordered from zoomeds website. -A bag of cypress mulch for upgrading to larger tank, a roll of lining for under soil and above the hydro balls for filtration (new hydro balls and new soil added just last week; done arpox every 6 months) With everything included a small rehoming of $500.
