Are you feeling overwhelmed by a life that demands connection, in all ways and at all times...to everything but self? Let's talk about it! Connected. We all are, right? Of course we are! We are fed quiet (and sometimes not-so-quiet) messages about connection as an indicator of acceptance, success and overall goodness as a human being. The more connections there are, the more people like us. And now, with things like cell phones, email and social media, we are inundated with ways to connect to others. Ways to prove our likability. Unfortunately, in all the messages about connection we were offered, one really important aspect of connection was missed... Do you know what it LOOKS and FEELS like to find a genuine connection to self, to be grounded in your truth, to embrace all parts of self from a place of compassion? Let's talk about it! During The Key to Connection we will explore… the importance of connecting to the sound of our Inner Voice from a place of compassion; what stops us from disconnecting from people, places and things that do not serve our Highest Good; how and why we distract ourselves from connecting to self and how to manage that tendency; and ways to get and stay connected to the truth of who and where we are. Registration Fee - $15 per person (Max 10 Participants)* NOTE: Unmasked Voices are Talking Circle sessions for Black women. You will receive an email on the Friday before the Talking Circle session with login details. *If you are new to Talking Circle sessions or to me (Sherry - the facilitator), I will reach out to set up a time for a brief chat prior to the event.
