Each year, we’ve held a painting experience ranging from painting rainbow angels & drinking flamingos to adding a drag queen or exotic dancer twist to the class! This year, we’re taking our artistic skills outside for GVSC Day Out: Sketch & Paint the Toontown! DETAILS Prepare to set your inner animator free! Join us for a unique type of outdoor art class that’ll literally put you into your very own masterpiece... and then you bring it to like one color at a time! ✍️ SKETCHING IT OUT - Ready for your close up Mr. Animator? Meet Artist David Sexton as he helps reveal your true animated character! Socialize over a cocktail or two while remaining socially distant in the backyard patio, until your one on one sketch session as he draws you out on a 12x12 canvas and transforms you into your very own superhero! Who will you want to become? 🎨 PAINTING IT IN - Once your future Superhero is all drawn out, then it’s time to animate it with colors! Grab a seat & a palette of acrylic paints, and use your superpowers to begin to complete your masterpiece. Learn how to make the best of your work with the help of an art assistant to help guide you in completing your canvas painting! All colors of the rainbow are welcomed! 👨‍🎨 PAINT THE TOONTOWN - After all is said and done, it's time to hit the Town & celebrate the New Toon version you! Here at Bob’s Your Uncle, this is a neighborhood bar with a timeless, comfortable atmosphere where you will always be treated like family.
