A community event in which all walks of life can celebrate the arrival of the Summer season of 2021 together! The Summer Solstice is a spiritual, fun, and exciting time of when the Earth makes its most inclined tilt towards the Grand Sun. In ancient times, the summer season was a season of great joy that involved family, friends, animals, and loved ones because it marked a time when life bloomed after the long, dark, cold and bitter winter season. This solar connection between the Earth and Sun is still celebrated today in many cultures today such as India. It is a way to begin the summer season with a very positive and joyful energy and spirit. Let's celebrate how strong we all were during the tough days, weeks, and months of the 2020 global awakening with a lot of warm, fuzzy, fertile, and positive loving energy. This is an opportunity and chance to meet new people and create nu connections! ****************************************************************************************************** Event details: No mask required. All ages accepted. Ages 8+ have to pay to enter. Genres: Afrakan tribal-electronic dance, NYC Salsa, Baltimore/NYC/Chicago 90's House, In-Person Live Sound Bowl Healing & Singing by the host--Kemetsea Kings. (host is also very open to playing other music from ticket-buyers as well) Bonfire (yup sounds too good to be true, but yes there will be an actual bonfire! Bring a pillow, blanket, or foldable chair to sit down with) There WILL BE Yummy Yummy Healthy Food & Drinks such as FRUITS (Strawberries, Watermelon, Pineapple (no charge). A Traditional Caribbean-Puerto Rican Vegan and Gluten Free Meal with 2 different options (3.00 each) (Cash or Cash App are both accepted) 1. (V) & (GF) Traditional Cassava Empanada and 2.
