Parakeets/Budgies for rehome with cage

My best friends sister moved out and left her poor birds... She's had them about 2 years, and has abused them by screaming at them, keeping them covered all the time, and throwing things at the cage when they make noise. They are rather frightened of people and human contact because of this, but hopefully an experienced owner could help rehabilitate the poor little things.. I believe there are 2 males and 2 females. They would come with their cage, toys, and whatever remaining food they have. I would love to keep them myself but unfortunately I don't believe my parents would ever let me. Ex owners siblings dont want the birds and the family friend taking care of them is about ready to let them go outside, so Im hoping to find someone soon... Looking for an adoption fee of $50 to ensure they go to a good home (thats what Im paying this girl so she wont come after me for "stealing" her birds).
