Join along for this fun, farfalle & fettuccine filled resident event at the beautiful Tivoli Clubhouse. Join along as Elena Alfano, owner & operator of Pasta by Pollio, instructs you with your very own station to home make, package & take home four fresh servings of fettuccine & farfalle! Pasta by Pollio has been recently featured in The Gainesville Sun & most recently & excitingly ABC20 WCJB local news morning & evening segments with reporter Amber Pellicone. Course details, information, terms & conditions are as follows: -From start to finish, learn how to make & take home your very own authentic & traditional Italian homemade fresh pasta: 2 servings of fettuccine & 2 servings of farfalle. All proper packaging, storing/cooking instructions & recipes provided. -Date, time & location: Friday, March 26th, @ 4:00PM sharp. Arrive at *3:45* to pay and get situation at stationS! Tivoli Apartments Clubhouse. -Register through Eventbrite & pay at the doors! -$25 per attendee.
