When and where is it going to end? you give an inch, let it go for awhile and pretty soon, inevitably, they're looking to take a mile the "cancel culture" looks around, and we should be totally aghast, for another cultural icon that they can erase from our past! and this is just as troubling instead of being defiant politicians and corporations have rolled over, become compliant so, if you're of a certain age, and I won't attempt to define it, aren't you looking around saying "oh my God, what's happening?.....holy shit!" I mean looking back I thought I had a pretty decent childhood now they're trying to tell me it's an illusion, it was all no good! who knew, who would have guessed? that they were brainwashing me as I sat down in my pajamas watching cartoons Sat. morning on TV! but that's what they're claiming that's what they insist that people of our ilk are fundamentally racist! so that's why you're going after Miss Muffet who sat on tuffet and those ultimate purveyors of racism and hate, The Muppets? "That's right, we have to make sure everyone is aware, everyone is "woke", how much more of this can I take before I spark one up and take a toke? and while they're rewriting our history here's another troubling facet there are numerous elected officials who say, "sure, go ahead, we're fine with it" so, this is what we're up against in this climate of hate and mayhem as they lay waste to our cultural heritage it's time to get a spine, stand up and stop 'em and this is where we should draw the line 'cuz in the papers I recently read that they're after their ultimate prize Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head!
