My name is Tim Taylor and I am the founder and CEO of Toolman Mold Inspections. Our main focus is performing mold and air quality inspections for hypersensitive individuals that have reason to believe their home is making them sick. Most of our clients are referred by their physicians. Our focus is on performing extremely thorough inspections and we typically only perform a single assessment per day. We also take the time to educate our clients about mold basics, air quality, testing methods and remediation techniques. We consider our services to be of the highest quality in Texas for this industry. Customer service and satisfaction are of the utmost importance. We are seeking an individual from the Houston area to handle inspections there. This would include initial inspections, occasional follow-up visits and post-remediation inspections. Responsibilities will also include writing remediation plans and conducting follow-up calls with clients so that an action plan can be formulated based on the inspection findings. Training will be provided so that you have a good understanding of our processes and how to effectively interact with and educate clients. Check out our website at toolmanmold.com. Duties: • Perform mold assessments and sampling • Speaking with the client before, during and after the inspection to understand their situation, concerns, moisture history of the home and other areas of concern; also explaining our process and educating them • Shipping samples, using proper chain of custody forms • Writing remediation plans • Performing follow-up calls Minimum Requirements: • Strong verbal and written communication • Attention to detail • General knowledge of building science • Interest in learning about mold illness, air quality and what we do for our clients • Internet and phone access Preferred: • Mold Assessment Consultant license Starting Pay: $20-30/hr. based on experience Please send me your resume to [email protected] and tell me a little about yourself.
