Maintenance person needed for large Condominium complex. Daily job includes but not limited to: pool cleaning, painting, small carpentry work, fence building, concrete work, lawn care, a little bit of everything & day to day routine maintenance. Must be reliable, No Drama, must have reliable transportation and have verifiable work references. Background check. Drug testing upon hiring and throughout employment. Hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday with rotating weekends 8 - 12 as needed. Nice property, good staff, great opportunity. No paycheck collectors or job hoppers we are looking for someone who wants to truly work and become part of our team. 1 Week paid vacation after one full year of service. 4 sick days after 6 months of service.
