During this multi-course dinner, Executive Chef Dan Bazzinotti will take you on a journey through the flavors of Liguria’s coastal towns. You will discover the unique traditions of this maritime region through traditional staples like seafood-centric dishes, handmade pesto, and more. And because an authentic Italian dinner is incomplete without vino, the dinner will also feature wine pairings selected by Senior Beverage Manager Gregg Guertin.
