Idea For a Project

I want to start something based in hard-rock and metal. I'd like to have at least one female member who can sing (instrumental ability always a plus), just to open up the field on songwriting topics. I know rock is pretty male-dominated, and I like a few bands (Halestorm, Burning Point, The Agonist, Heart, etc.) with female singers. I play multiple instruments. I'd like to be able to do guitars and vocals on this project, but I know my guitar skills aren't up there yet. Need to work on alt. picking, playing standing up, not looking at the freboard. I can play the drums at a professional standard, though. Looking for people in the late 20's, early 30's. I don't meant to ageist, but that's the range who'll relate to the issues I bring up the easiest (I'm 32). Stuff like finding your place, love, and your purpose in life. Plus the occasional "just want to rock and roll/I love metal" type of songs, because they're fun. Video and audio samples available on request. I write lyrics as well, we can exchange those. I have a space, drums, and my own guitars. My keyboard isn't great, but I have a bench and stand. My guitar amp isn't big enough to jam with. I have access to a bass amp. Looking to spend some time figuring things out, maybe jam a few times before we call it a project. We're all busy, I know that. Thank you for your interest, Dave
