For more information, please visit: tinyurl.com/citesymposium Time Off Guidelines & CostsCPMG providers will need to use "E" time for the 3-day event. Like any conference, clearing time off for your clinical duties will need to come from your deptartment chief. CPMG is covering all costs of the event (Conference, Room, and Food) so there is no need to use your Education dollars to pay for the event. Deposit PolicyA $150 refundable deposit is required to hold your spot at the CITE Symposium. Once your attendance is confirmed on the first day of the event, your $150 deposit will be refunded via EventBrite. Please allow for a few days for payment processing. Cancellation PolicyIf you would like to cancel your registration to CITE Symposium at least 45 days prior to the first day of the event, you will be refunded in full. If you would like to cancel your registration to CITE Symposium less than 45 days prior the first day of the event, you will not receive your deposit back. The purpose of this policy is to reduce registration attrition and recover the cost of late cancellations. Last Day to Cancel Registration without a Penalty: 9/2/2021 Extended Stay PolicyIf you would like to extend your stay, please contact Beaver Run Resort in Breckenridge after June 1, 2021.   Spouse & Family Joining YouSignificant others and family are welcomed to join you at the resort. Unfortunately, CPMG is not able to cover the costs of meals for your family. Please be sure to notify Carah Barnes if you wish to have your family join you for meals.
