Looking to adopt small female poodle or mix

We can provide a loving, stable home for an adult female poodle or poodle mix. This lucky pup will be an only dog, and live with and be pampered by an active, retired senior citizen. (my mom) Size: 15 to 25 lbs. Color does not matter. Ideally would be spayed already but OK if not. (I work at a vet clinic so we can have her spayed) Must be housebroken and leash trained. No major health problems. (Minor dental problems we can pay to treat.) Please no behavior problems (fearful, separation anxiety, etc). Willing to pay generous rehoming fee for the right fit! Just looking to adopt a little fluffy that needs a new home, for reasons no fault of their own. Thank you
