Greater San Marcos Job & Training Fair COVID-19 disproportionately displaced workers from the hospitality, retail and leisure sectors of our local economy. As a response to this, the Greater San Marcos Partnership (GSMP) will be hosting the Spring 2021 Get Hired! Job & Education Fair to help those looking for work and new job opportunities. Employers and organizations with vacant jobs and new industry training opportunities are eligible to come to the event. Employers and organizations can offer job interviews, resume reviews and education tracks that can assist displaced job seekers in finding a new career. COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: In cooperation with the San Marcos Conference Center, we will adhere to all COVID-19 requirements as set by the CDC. As such, facial coverings, social distancing requirements and thermal temperature testing will be required of all guests. Hand sanitizer will be provided for all attendees. A limited number of job seekers will be allowed in the event at a time to prevent transmission of COVID-19. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we kindly ask that you cancel your in-person RSVP, both for the safety of our event and for the staff working the event.
