Experienced maintenance person needed. Must be familiar and knowledgeable with apartment maintenance & repairs, up keep & apartment turn overs. Preferability 10 years experience. Duties will include but are not limited to all phases of painting, kitchen and bathroom plumbing and maintenance, some electrical, some grounds up keep, etc. Must have ability to interact with tenants, legible hand writing, and be fluent in English.
Hours are 9AM to 6PM Monday - Friday. At times overtime may be required.
wages - DOE $25 +
