ProMab is seeking for blood donors for blood donation at their facility in Fremont, CA. The Blood samples will be used for research of diseases like cancer, diabetes, and autoimmune diseases. Your donation makes a difference. We look for donors who belong to any of these categories: - healthy donors - donors with preexisting conditions: arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure - donors who have completed their covid vaccination (received all doses) Donors will be screened with virus test, specifically, for hepatitis or HIV/AIDS, at ProMab to confirm donation eligibility prior to being scheduled for any donation appointments. Whole blood donation procedure will take a 30 minute appointment and similar to getting blood drawn at a doctor’s office or donating at a blood bank. Blood is taken in various amounts from 10ml-450ml based on researcher requests.
