Looking for a change? The California Screen Machine is hiring! Looking for two people to learn the craft of making custom window and door screens. No experience needed- we will train you. You’ll be taught how to measure for different applications, how to manufacture the items, how to do various types of installations. The positions start in-shop until you are proficient. The next step will be installations. Beyond that, there may be on-site work. You will need to be able to read a tape measure accurately, have excellent customer service skills, be a quick learner, and have motivation to work smart and manage time effectively. Two weeks of paid training. After training your income will be based upon production. Within two months you should be clearing $1000 per week. Please reply with your resume and/or job experience. Looking to start immediately. Ideal candidates will have a minimum high school education, a clean driving record, be clean and presentable to all levels of clientele. A positive attitude is necessary to succeed.
