Essential functions • Hand buffing and polishing according to specifications, work orders, and other requirements • Basic knowledge of air grinding tools and hand tools used in polishing • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and procedures • Commitment to excellence/quality of work, strong attention to detail • Good communication and retention skills • Able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed • It requires close supervision. Work is reviewed at several steps along the way for the accuracy • Experience with the following: buffing, grinding tools, hand tools, and polishing. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Education/certification: high school diploma or GED • Required knowledge: basic or limited understanding of fundamental job concepts • Experience required: at least 1-year experience is preferred • Skills/abilities: multi-tasking, communication skills, attention to detail
