Looking to hire new crew members for two positions for a Novato based staging company. It is flexible days (no weekends available) and you must be authorized to work/sign a w-9 tax form for payroll. Requirements: - Very reliable, dependable, on time! - Can take charge and lead a team (Lead mover) - Can be professional working in high end homes/ white glove service - Exceptional communication skills, can take direction and multi task in high detail with efficiency in a fast pace environment. - Can physically lift, load and pack truck/homes//furniture (with partner/help) for 6 hrs. - Has a valid drivers lisc. and is willing to drive truck (Lead mover) - Has a dependable transportation to our Novato warehouse. - Is willing to take on a variety of tasks besides moving, inc. hanging art, putting away small accessories in warehouse, assisting in decor/furniture placement, & occasional furniture assembly. - Can be careful, respectful with high end items in immaculate conditions. - Knows and has experience with professional moving or staging companies, in order to pack a truck efficiently and wrap furniture. (Lead mover) - Works well with others, has a can-do positive attitude, and can problem solve. - Has a flexible schedule and can work on call with some notice ahead (usually one week in advance) Who we are: You will be working for a home staging company where we design and stage homes for sale around Marin. Our movers are not just movers but help assist from start to finish from loading the truck in our warehouse with furniture, art, bedding, accessories, to helping unload and instal them onsite in the home. You will work with the designer to assist in completing each home making it look perfect for final photography photos before they list for sale. Clients are not home during the process but put trust in their high end homes and us to make sure everything is completed on time and with spot on perfection. No one job is exactly the same.
