Lost Indian Ringneck Parrot

Hello! I am unfortunately reaching out to report that our young Indian Ringneck Parrot flew out our back door yesterday, (3/02/21) and am trying to do all I can to get him back home to us! His name is Cielo, and is bright blue in color, with an emerging black ring around his neck. He will respond to Cielo but will only come to you if offered treats! He would sell his soul for any kind of chips; tortilla chips, hot Cheetos, anything with a crunch! And he also loves fruit (apples, bananas) as well if someone were to find themselves in a position to lure him! He knows how to say "What're you doing!", "Can I have a kiss?", "I love you", and "Peek-a-boo!" if that helps in identifying him! Note; he is about 8 months old so we have yet to definitively confirm if he is a male besides the soft black ring on his neck, and unfortunately does not have a tag or bracelet.  We last saw him getting chased by a group of crows and are very worried he has flown far or worse :(.  I am trying everything to get him home and appreciate any help.
