Full-Time Groundskeeper for Hunters Capital- Commercial and Residential portfolio in Capitol Hill. • Building cleaning on exterior and interior areas, including completing all assigned work orders. • Has general knowledge of, general carpentry skills, caulking, etc. • Maintain grounds and all common areas including power washing, janitorial, garbage, management, etc. • Reports any maintenance issues to the portfolio manager • Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records such activities • Performs on-call emergency procedures if required • While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, work in high precarious places, outdoor weather conditions, etc. Must possess a valid Drivers License.
