We're looking for someone with 2 years construction experience to join us as a new team member for a busy real estate developer with three developments in Silverdale. If you're helpful, polite, have a dependable work ethic, have your own car, and are ready to join our team we'd like to meet you. Job Qualifications / Skills 1. Must be 18 or older & eligible to work in the US 2. Valid driver's license, personal transportation, car insurance 3. Pass Background Check 4. General construction experience REQUIRED 5. Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively required 6. Carpentry & Automotive experience highly desired 7. Experience / willingness to work as a general handyman 8. Perform landscaping and outdoor maintenance 9. Ability to perform manual, physical labor Essential Functions 1. Report to assigned location on time each day 2. Perform general construction labor per instructions at job site, from start to finish 3. Available to work overtime and respond to emergency situations 4. Follow safety rules and regulations 5. Maintain a clean job site / environment Physical requirements 1. Must be able to lift 50 pounds 2. Ability to work in indoor / outdoor conditions 3. Ability to climb ladders 4. Ability to perform work in crawl spaces & attics Additional information 1. Full time (some overtime may be required) 2. Pay rate (based on experience) 3. Benefits after one year service 4.
