SARASOTA, FL — Sarasota police are asking the public for help identifying three people after an elevator control panel at the State Street Parking Garage was damaged Jan. 31. Around 9:30 p.m., the three people were seen exiting an elevator in the parking garage. After they left, a control panel was found damaged. The cost to repair it was around $18,000, Sarasota police said in a news release. One man left the area in a Jeep. There was also a dog with the three individuals, police said.
