A permitted and legal cannabis company is looking for full-time employees to work on our production team. Our farm is located 45 minutes from Arcata/Eureka in Kneeland. All employees must have reliable transportation to and from work. We are looking to grow our processing/production crew. The work will vary depending on the time of year but will include (but not limited to); bucking, trimming, packaging, joint production, and machine operation. Cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required. We will be conducting interviews over the next several weeks. We are looking for people who are respectful, motivated, punctual and are committed to taking this job seriously. Job Summary Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy Ensure that production requirements and quality standards are met consistently Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality Complete repetitive packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and labeling Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies Assist with destemming of dry plants Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals Maintain a clean and safe work area Observe all safety guidelines and report any safety concerns to management Follow all written and verbal instructions Attend all safety and production training Consistently demonstrate a professional attitude Maintain confidentiality in accordance with internal standards and requirements Identify ways to enhance efficiency without sacrificing quality Perform other related work as required Education and Work Experience Experience in the cannabis industry desirable Must be 21 years old. Excellent communication skills. Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction. High level of integrity Subject to a background check Requirements Reliable and punctual Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Attention to detail Ability to understand and speak basic English Have reliable transportation to and from work
