LAKELAND, FL — Every Friday in March, a local eatery that is a Catapult kitchen member will be serving its food from a pop-up window at Catapult Lakeland's outdoor patio. Cult Legume, a vegan food company, will serve vegan cuisine on Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wholy burger with potato salad, sacred ground tacos and cocoa commune shakes is the menu for Friday. Prices range from $6 to $13. Schedule: Friday, Mar. 12, Geenhouse Acai, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.Friday, Mar. 19, Pinoy Cravings, a Filipino-styled cuisine, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.Friday, Mar. 26, Vegetarian Plant Foods, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The pop-up window is open to Catapult members and the public. Parking is available at the venue's surface parking lot. The outdoor patio is located on the right side of the building, 502 E. Main Street.
