FALMOUTH, MA — Falmouth police on Wednesday asked the public for help finding a missing man. Mitchell E. Raines, 43, was last seen on Brick Kiln Road in East Falmouth on Feb. 26. He has bipolar disorder and is "at risk," police said. Raines is 5 feet, 10 inches, and 206 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Police said it was unknown if he was in vehicle.
