Indie/originals Band Needs drummer

We have an all female band and our drummer is moving out of state, so we are looking for another drummer. We like indie rock/alternative covers and have some originals as well. We're all in our 40's & looking for someone around that same maturity level. We all work full time & do this as a hobby (not a main source of income), however we would like to gig 1-2 times per month by the summer when venues open back up, such as local festivals, wineries, etc. We usually practice one night per week and we want everyone to be there for the majority of our practices. (sometimes the drive can be a hinderance if the commute is too far, from my experience) Our ideal drummer will be open to our style of music (indie / alt rock / 90's / 2000's & originals) and not mind all the estrogen in the room, lol! They will be able to use in-ears to play to a metronome or Reason click tracks (for looping purposes or lighting effects). We have a drum kit in the practice studio but you are welcome to bring your own kit if you prefer, we just don't have space to house them. Electronic drums are fine too.
