lead guitarist wanted for alt/originals band

We are looking for a lead guitarist who can also harmonize with the female lead singer as well as take a few songs off her plate when needed. We do covers including indie & alt rock, 80's pop & new wave, along with 90's & 2000's, and have a decent sized collection of originals as well. We all have full time jobs and do this for personal enrichment. We plan to do 1-2 gigs per month once venues open back up, hopefully by the summer. We are looking for someone who's mature and professional, but also blends in with our laid back personalities. We have weekly practices in a studio near the 65/80 junction in the Roseville area. Our ideal lead guitarist / backup vocalist will be able to play with dynamics & not play over the lead vocalist, and have amps that can actually turn down in volume on occasion, lol! (you know who you are!) They can do a decent slide guitar for some songs, and are creative with their own leads for the originals. We aren't a classic rock or metal band so our lead guitarist should be open to the genres mentioned previously.
