Need Yard Grading with Bobcat

I need some help with grading in my back yard. I'm looking for someone who can bring and operate a Bobcat well. There's a small hill we need to level and other dirt to push downhill.we are looking to achieve a more uniform grade for better water flow. I recognize this job requires specialized equipment and skills and will offer good pay for that. My proposal is that I pay $100 for coming out plus $50 per hour. Get it done in 2 hours, that's $200 or $100 per hour. If it takes 4, that's $300 or $75 per hour. Seem fair? Let me know if you are interested.
