Perplexing advice

I met a former coworker while going to the post office. We both agreed to meet for lunch at an outside restaurant. In our meal she had a taco and I had a burrito. While leaving, she said " the food was good, but you know taco`s and burrito`s go good together, we should hook them up sometime". I said " yup we should, I guess"not really knowing what I was saying. Was she talking code for something I should be privy to? Some advice would be helpful to better understand what she was inferring to, so next time I`m not out in left field. Thanks!
