Be Part of a Great Team!! Locally Owned Established and Growing Lawn & Tree Care company is looking to add an individual with the desire to be a lawn care technician. If you have the desire to work outdoors with minimal supervision and provide our customers with exceptional service, we have a position for you! Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing lawn care services (fertilization, weed control, insect control, aeration, seeding, etc.) to residential and/or commercial customers, be able to provide communication to customers and receive guidance and instructions from managers. Applicants must: - have a minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED). - be able to read, write and communicate effectively. - be courteous, responsible, detail oriented and focused on customer service. - be clean, neat, and professional in appearance. - have and maintain valid North Carolina Driver License, excellent driving record and be insurable. - be able to lift and carry 50lbs and work in various weather conditions. - Work Monday-Friday -Saturdays required during Fall seeding season or if weather prevents prevents work from being completed. This Position is Full Time -Hourly PLUS production, sales commission and bonus opportunities!! -Overtime as needed -Paid Holidays -Paid Vacation -Competitive compensation including health insurance -Company Match IRA Contributions
