Try your hand at origami! 4-H will provide all items needed to create your own origami springtime tulips. This will be a FREE "take-home kit" with all the needed supplies and instructions for youth ages 5-18 to learn how to create colorful paper tulips using the origami method. This is a great family or siblings helping siblings opportunity for some spring fun as we wait for warmer days to arrive. In addition to instructions and materials, kits will also include some fun agriculture literacy facts and information about tulips as we celebrate National Ag Day on March 23rd and NCA&TSU Small Farms Week, March 21-27th. So register today and boost your tulip trivia while creating a beautiful piece of art! Kit pickups will take place at our office, 1418 Armory Drive, Charlotte, NC 28204 on Thursday, March 25th from 9a-1PM. *As a courtesy to others who may wish to participate, please do not register for a kit if you are unable to make the pickup time.
