Five delectable courses expertly prepared and presented by Chef RL Boyd paired perfectly with five bourbons and led by Chris Houldsworth of Republic National Distributing. A brief history of bourbon will be given during the dinner, giveaways for all guests and a door prize will be won by one lucky attendee! Live musical entertainment by Jeff Young playing guitar.
Course 1 - Smoked Fox Farms mushroom pierogi, Irish cheddar, bone marrow crema. Paired with an Elijah Craig Rye Sazaerac .
Course 2 - Lightly grilled wagyu beef taco, smoked cabbage, ancho aioli, pickled jalapeno in a crunchy shell. Paired with Breckenridge Bourbon.
Course 3 - Scallop, green curry, pineapple, puffed rice. Prepared using Evan Williams Bottled in Bond. Paired with Uncle Nearest 1856 Bourbon.
Course 4 - Seared pork loin, bourbon bath, bourbon glaze, smashed yam, nori, lychee butter. Prepared using Evan William Bottled in Bond. Paired with Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Bourbon.
Course 5 - S'more brownie, vanilla gelato, marshmallow sauce. Paired with Bowman Brothers Port Finished Bourbon.
