MILFORD, CT — At the Board of Aldermen meeting this week, Mayor Ben Blake announced that for the second straight year the city had to cancel its popular St. Patrick's Day Parade due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. He said it was "sad" to have to make the announcement, and he is looking forward to community events returning.
