POSITION: SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM COORDINATOR (LIMITED TERM) BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH PREFERRED PROGRAM: LA MANZANA COMMUNITY RESOURCES A PROGRAM OF COMMUNITY BRIDGES Community Bridges envisions a thriving community where every person has the opportunity to unleash their full potential. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under the general supervision of the La Manzana Community Resources Program Manager, is responsible for the administration, coordination, and supervision of the Summer Lunch Program covering Santa Cruz County. The LMCR applies practices that build on family and community strengths and participation. It affirms family support values and diversity in all its forms and fosters collaboration in all work as appropriate. RATE OF PAY AND HOURS: This is a limited-term, non-exempt, 40 hr/week position that will last up to four months. The position will start at 10-15 hrs/wk in March and increase up to 40 hrs/wk once the program starts in June.The salary range for this position is $15.75-$21.58 per hour. The position will be offered at $17.30/hour, depending on experience (plus $0.40/hr bilingual differential after passing a bilingual test administered by the Human Resources Department)..
