Description

This event is a part of the SCDNR Ecotour Guide Series. These programs are designed for adults and registration is required. In order to maintain safe, social distancing, we are only allowing a maximum of 15 people per program. We require every person wear masks during these programs. Join SCDNR staff on Capers Island for shorebird identification in the field! Bring your scopes and binoculars (we'll have a few extras) to look for and identify common species found along our coast. Please bring a reusable water bottle and dress to spend time outdoors.  Bring a lunch and snacks. Weather decisions will be made the day before the event and participants will be notified ASAP.
